- Are you ShedSafe Accredited?
ShedSafe is the Australian Industry benchmark for manufactured steel sheds. It is managed by the Australian Steel Institute with the aim of giving potential buyers assurance in the engineering, steel and site specification of the shed that they are purchasing. If the company that you are looking to build with is ShedSafe accredited, it means that it meets all Australian standards and should be of a high quality. Steeline is listed as a ShedSafe accredited company.
- What warranties do you offer?
Bluescope offers a 15-year warranty from the date of installation, however, it is important to check with your shed builder what warranties they offer. Steeline offers a warranty of at least 15 years through Bluescope. This warranty guarantees against corrosion or deterioration when used as roofing and wall cladding for sheds and steel buildings located greater than one kilometre from a marine environment. For sheds that can be directly influenced by marine environments, see BlueScope Steel for warranty specifications. Ask your shed builder today to make sure that you are getting the best deal possible.
- How long have you been in business?
Generally, the longer a company has been in business, the more experienced they are at what they do. Steeline has been open for over 30 years. This means that we are experienced at working with steel and are less likely to make mistakes. Another reason to build with a company that has a lot of experience is that they have better customer processes. This means that they will be able to cater to your needs in an efficient way.
- Do you use Colorbond steel?
Bluescope Colorbond is the highest quality steel available in Australia. If your shed is not Bluescope, then there is no guarantee that it will withstand the Australian conditions. Steeline only uses quality Bluescope steel to produce its products.
